MEET EMMA

Hey there! Welcome to my little nook on the blog. :) Let me tell you a little bit about myself while you're here. I was born and raised in Los Angeles, CA to a loving, supportive, and all-around wonderful family. Between studying, spending time with my amazing friends, and writing for the blog, I am also the proud caretaker of an gracefully aging pug.

In terms of the blog, I take care of all things craft and food related. I also love writing about my travels, which I have fortunately been able to experience and document. I've always been a super talkative person, who loves giving people advice and recommendations, so I channel all of that energy into the beauty reviews I sometimes write. ;)

I think it's about time you got to know me better personally with a quick interview-style list of favorites, so here it goes:

Favorite Place to Travel: Spain... I'm definitely the Spanish version of a Francophile (Spainophile???).

Dream Job: Full-time blogger/globe-trotter with a side hustle as a graphic designer ;)

Guilty Pleasure: Binge-watching a sappy British period piece in my pajamas

Chai Tea Order and Favorite Place to Get It: : Hot chai tea latte with almond milk; Groundworks makes my favorite chai in LA :)

Rainy Day Movie: There are a few since I'd probably be inside all day.... Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire, The Princess Bride, and Big Fish just to name a few... and yeah, HP never gets old.

3 Desert Island Makeup Picks: Bare Minerals coverage serum concealer, Better Than Sex Mascara, and Glossier's Coconut balm dotcom

Favorite Sitcom: Hands down Parks and Recreation

Favorite Store: Madewell, of course

Favorite Season: For clothes- winter; For weather- spring

Favorite Blog: Oh man that's tough, my top three would probably be A Beautiful Mess, Paris in Four Months, The Chriselle Factor

#Girlboss Role Model: Brit Morin from Brit + Co. or Anna Rifle Bond from Rifle Paper Co.

Favorite DIY on CTFT: I'm pretty proud of my Spring Flower Crown :)

Usual Breakfast: Akris yogurt with granola and berries

Skill I'd like to Pick Up: Weaving and knitting (I know I sound like an old lady, but you've got to give them credit for being pretty talented)

Wow, that felt like a lot! Thanks for reading a little about me, and hopefully now you feel like we could be friends ... because I'm pretty sure we could be and we definitely should be. ;)

xoxo,

Emma
