TEMPORARY TATTOO VASE

In your home or on your desk there is always that one empty spot. We get it, there's just nothing you want to put there, until now. Introducing the amazing temporary tattoo vase!! We bet you never thought that these glorious childhood memories could be slapped on to glass. Well if you did, then we bow down and salute you a million times. Anyways, yes it is possible to put a temporary tattoo onto surfaces other than your skin, but this procedure is a little more delicate. Below we'll show you how it's done, and in no time you'll be a pro AND have the cutest decor in town.

All you need is:

A glass bottle (we found these adorable vintage milk jugs at Michael's)

Temporary Tattoos (Tattly collaborated with Rifle Paper Co. to make the cutest temporary tats in existence, at least to us)

Water

A medium-sized paintbrush

Mod Podge (optional)

Take your temporary tattoo(s) of choice and follow the instructuions on the back, as if you were applying it to skin. Brush on a nice helping of water until the tattoo is completely soaked through. It works best if you let it dry completely before removing it from the glass. When it's dry, gently start to peal one of the corners off of the glass. If the tattoo did not apply, brush on some more water. You may need to use your finger nail once in a while to peel some of the image off (temporary tattoos can be very tempermental sometimes).

Ta da! You can see above that some of the image didn't quite make it onto the glass, but that's okay since it gives it a more vintage look. After it has completely dried you can add a thin layer of Mod Podge to avoid chipping, but honestly you don't really need to. Your adorable new vase will fill up any of those blank spaces that we know you're hiding! Fill with pretty fresh flowers and enjoy!
